The Outbound Caller is responsible for calling potential candidates (inbound/outbound) from the different marketing medias and sparking interest of passive candidates by promoting the company’s culture and open vacancies.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • Advanced English (must)
  • Call center experience (desirable)
  • Customer service experience
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms (desirable)
  • Microsoft Office applications


Job Activities:

  • Serve as the 1st point of contact to schedule appointments for potential candidates
  • Perform prescreening to review schedule availability, salary expectations and overall
  • candidate eligibility
  • Execute various sales techniques during the call with the candidates while building the
  • value of our brand
  • Maintain constant engagement with the candidates by following up through email,
  • WhatsApp and outbound calls
  • Report and record daily scheduled appointment quotas
  • Assist with the daily flow of onsite candidates
  • ATS Updates and status of each call that the Outbound caller assists Keep safe confidential Information of each candidate and document it in the ATS
