Requirements:
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Strong communication and active-listening skills
- Basic computer skills
- At least 1+ year of call center experience (Must)
- Customer service experience
- You must be available to work full-time.
Responsibilities:
- Incoming/outgoing calls, providing accurate and helpful information
- Supports customers with inquiries, account questions, and general assistance
- Troubleshoots basic issues and escalates complex cases when necessary
- Delivers a positive and empathetic customer experience
- Document interactions clearly and efficiently
