Confie Tijuana is seeking Bilingual Customer Service Agents (English / Haitian Creole) to support a large multi-campus healthcare system. This role is essential for enhancing patient experience, streamlining communication, and supporting operational efficiency across various contact center functions.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for:
- Appointment scheduling
- Billing inquiries
- Physician referrals
- Class and seminar registrations
- Assist clients with questions about their health insurance.
- Deliver friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable support to help customers navigate their policy details.
- Provide effective solutions, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Requirements:
- Fluent in Haitian Creole (mandatory).
- Minimum B2 level of English.
- Proven experience in customer service (call center experience preferred).
- Basic computer skills.
- Full-time availability, including any day of the week (with scheduled days off).
- Valid Mexican documents.
- Minimum education: High School Diploma.
- On-site candidates only (residing in Tijuana, Rosarito, or Tecate).
