What You’ll Need
No call center experience? No problem.
No customer service background? That’s okay too, but very welcomed.
What really matters is that you have:
- Strong English skills (B2 level or higher),
- Basic computer knowledge, and
- Full-time availability.
You must be available to work any day of the week (you’ll have scheduled days off, of course).
You also need to have valid Mexican documents to be eligible for employment.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in both English and Spanish
- Assist customers effectively and courteously, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Update customer information accurately in the system
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and share feedback with relevant departments
